Ever since he was a teenager, Nathan Chandler has had the passion and fervent drive for video production. Along with being a producer and editor for Robin Creasman Productions, Nathan writes, produces, directs, and edits independent films, creative shorts, and corporate projects.
Nathan graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Telecommunications. He received high recognition for his music videos, screenplays, and short films. During that time, he helped found Splintered Productions.
A few years ago at Baylor’s Black Glasses Film Festival, Splintered Productions had huge success with their two films, Love Sick and Crestfallen.
Love Sick won Fan Favorite, Best Actor (Lincoln Thompson), Best Actress (Katharine Everett), and Nathan won for Best Editing. Nathan & Kourtney Beauchamp placed third in the screenwriting contest for Love Sick, which was the only winner in the contest to actually be made. Nathan co-directed, co-produced, co-wrote, and co-edited the film.
Crestfallen won Best Picture that year, in which Nathan worked as the camera, dolly, boom, sound, and lighting operator.
Nathan also worked as a photographer for KXXV-TV News 25 in Waco, Texas. He shot and edited important news stories happening in and around the Central Texas area, including President George Bush’s visits to Crawford, Texas. Many of his stories and live events were used by CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, & ESPN.
Nathan’s credits also include: camera assistant to Mason Jar Productions, PA for the independent film Broke Sky, A/V technician for the North American Mission Board, and video producer for First Baptist Church of Longview.
Today, as a producer for RCP Productions, Nathan has produced, shot, and edited informational products, corporate live events, and speaker demo videos for the top names in the world of professional speaking.
When Nathan isn’t working on video projects, he loves running, sports, movies, music, and any other clichéd thing you can think of.
